Accounts Payable Specialist with Foodliner, Inc.—Dubuque, IA

Foodliner has an opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate records to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Processing and paying vendor invoices
• Verifying purchase orders
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Participating in the month-end close process
• Collaborating with managers on invoice discrepancies and process issues
• Responding to vendor inquiries

Requirements:

• Some post-secondary education or 1–2 years of experience in the accounts payable function
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately is critical to success in this position.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
