Management skills and ability to be clear in communication, with strong organizational skill sets. Sets and follow goals, good with time management and deadlines. Skilled with computer operations and main software programs.

Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of newspaper or related media/communications experience, with minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience; familiarity with management concepts and practices, budgeting, overall newspaper operations, current events and history.
