At Stonehill Communities, you build relationships with our residents while providing resident services in a variety of duties within our household setting. Positions are scheduled in 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. The 4-hour and 8-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be hired into one of our current open positions outside of our nursing department. Such as Homecare, Assisi Village, Dining, Environmental Services. Working as a caregiver, dining room server / cook, housekeeper, etc. We will then work with you on enrolling in one of our CNA classes, that best fit your schedule. While you are enrolled in the CNA class, you will continue working in the department you were hired into. After completion of the CNA course, and passing of the state test, you will transfer into the CNA position.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age to obtain CNA
- Passion for helping others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete required in-service training requirements
