• All lab draw services available on site
• X-Ray available at nearby UnityPoint
• Fully equipped exam rooms

Responsibilities

• Average of 12-15 patients per day; no nights or weekends
• No call requirements
• Schedule Monday-Friday 1^st shift – 6:00am-2:30pm / 7:00am-3:30pm
• Musculoskeletal sprains/strains, crush injuries, lacerations, and return to work visits are most common visits
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Provide the best outcome for every patient every time

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner
• Board Certified
• 2+ years of experience preferred in Ortho or Sports med but will consider Family Med or Urgent Care experience
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
• Certified to perform DOT physicals (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
