Job Overview

We are looking at for a part-time OT to join our growing team!

As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible to:  

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment & evaluation using subjective and objective measures.┬á

• Develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders.┬á┬á

• Provide quality treatments, actively progressing goals to achieve highest quality of life.┬á┬á

• Conduct screens and provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.┬á┬á

• Coordinate seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services.┬á┬á

• Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.┬á┬á

• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.┬á┬á

• Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations.┬á┬á

• Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.┬á┬á┬á
