Your Responsibilities

As a Office Coordinatoryour primary responsibility is to perform clerical, receptionist and client service duties. Additional duties and responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, confidential matter
  • Scheduling appointments for clients
  • Reviewing insurance coverage with clients
  • Obtain any/all payments including copays, balances and SFS% if applicable
  • Ensuring a positive and professional client services experience

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others throughout agency
  • Must use proper telephone etiquette and have respectful behavior towards clients
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with clerical duties

  • Experience working with insurance providers
  • Experience making bank deposits and reconsiling credit card statements monthly
  • Experience working in Electronic Health Record Systems
  • Multi-line telephone skills
