Job Overview
Your Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to perform clerical, receptionist and client service duties. Additional duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, confidential matter
- Assist with scheduling, update spreadsheets for building, distribute all papers needed for daily record keeping (ADL, round sheets, safety checks, meals)
- Receive and distribute mail
- Serve as role model, teacher, and support staff for our residential clients
- Assist with billing when needed
- Assist with signing in and out for clients
- Assist with admissions as directed
- Knowledge of all agencies policies and procedures in case of emergencies
- Comply with all state, federal and agency guidelines for client records

About the Program
Hillcrest's Adult Residential Services operates several 5 bed group homes and a 60+ bed care facility for adults who have a mental health diagnosis. Serving as a steppingstone from hospitalizations to independent living, these programs provide supervision in a safe, secure, and protected environment, with the following support:
- 24 hour staffing and supervision
- Individual counseling and care coordination
- Mental health support
- Medication management
- Social and community integration
- Physical and emotional health development
- Recreational activities (structured and unstructured)
- Daily living skills education and instruction

What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED or NCR accepted)
- Must be 18 years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills
What Makes You Stand Out
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field or ability to meet BHIS credentials
- Acceptable agency driver
- One year experience working with adolescents
