Job Overview
- Staff the front office area and help those who might come in whether that people customers, suppliers, drivers, current, former, or future employees
- Answer phones
- Enter orders
- Shipping
- Release orders
- Invoice
- Prepare shipping documents
- Adhere to all other customer shipping requirements
- Production Reporting
- Manage certain suppliers through purchasing and order coordination
- Update customers on order status
- Create Bill of Materials
- Create and distribute Daily Production and Efficiency Reports
- An Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Computer proficient, especially in MS Office Programs
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Able to handle multi-line phone system
