This role is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of product development for McGraw-Hill’s Team Mosaic in the Center for Innovation. This role will partner with product managers, developers, content creators, school district partners, and external vendors to research, design, and develop product guidelines and solutions (print and digital) that align tightly with end-user needs and market requirements. This role requires a strong focus on product value and is accountable to sponsors for schedule and quality of all program elements.
This position is a remote position for candidates who reside in the U.S. however could also be located in Columbus, Ohio, or Chicago, Illinois.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Instructional Design, or related field required. Master’s or advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in digital content development that includes teaching and learning materials.
- Experience managing multiple projects within tight deliverables and budgets.
- Strong ability to communicate and participate in cross-functional meetings.
A successful candidate may have:
- Previous K-12 teaching or curriculum development experience.
- Project management experience
- Experience with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems.
- Experience in instructional design or educational technology.

The pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $100,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
