Outbound Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Outbound Assistant Supervisor to support our Peosta, IA Fulfillment Center operations and employees. If you enjoy the challenges and excitement of working in fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment, then this could be the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

In general, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of products, completion of inventory, coordination of staffing, and completion of daily shipment records. This position specifically involves supervising and directing the duties of several regular full-time employees and 30-60 temporary employees performing various fulfillment processes.

You’ll also be responsible for:
• Supervising, training, and monitoring Outbound Leads, Wave Planners, and Order Picker/Packers
• Coordinating and maintaining fulfillment waves, picking customer orders, and preparing final product for shipment
• Performing tasks associated with our Warehouse Management System and Blujay
• Ensuring parcels are manifesting correctly
• Communicating daily issues to outside vendors
• Completing paperwork and reports with a high-level of accuracy
• Ensuring safety is the number one priority of the facility and the department

• The ability to effectively make independent decisions
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), OSHA, MS Office
