Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide expert guidance on building materials and product selection to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building supply or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission, with compensation based on experience.
