Dubuque, IA | $40,000/year base + commissions & benefits
Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Travel within a 50+ mile radius

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct sales through appointments, proposals, cold calls, emails, and networking
• Work leads generated by our inside sales team
• Manage your schedule with self-motivation and discipline
• Understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Travel throughout your assigned territory (50+ mile radius)

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong drive to succeed and professional discipline
• Excellent communication and time management
• Ability to work under pressure and follow training
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
