Packaging Laborer

Job Overview

• Package finished products according to company specifications and production schedules
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor packaging supplies and report shortages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Assist with loading, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
• Record production data as required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is an asset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
