Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business in SHULLSBURG, WI to search for a candidate to support their business in a PACKAGING LINE LEAD role. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the cheese packaging team, ensuring they follow safety and quality standards in the packaging process.
•           Train packaging line staff on handling and packaging various types of cheese, ensuring proper hygiene and quality control.
• -          Monitor the quality of cheese packaging, checking for proper sealing, labeling, and adherence to specifications.
• -          Track and manage cheese packaging materials, ensuring an adequate supply of packaging materials specific to different cheese types.
• -          Coordinate with other departments, such as cheese production and logistics, to ensure a smooth flow of materials and finished cheese products.
