Summary:

The Accounting and Marketing coordinator reports directly to the President of IBI Scientific and is responsible for specific accounting duties as well as some Digital Marketing and Operational procedures.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and Operate EVO-ERP Operating system
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Generation of specific financial data.
  • Purchase Order entry, order picking, invoicing and posting.
  • Shipping documentation for all Domestic and International shipping logistics and quotes.
  • Engage and comply with all IBI QMS requirements.
  • Learn use of Digital Marketing platforms and other Marketing software platforms.
  • Direct Digital Marketing efforts.
  • Provide General Customer Service as required.

 

Qualifications:

Education and/or experience

  • Bachelors degree or Minor in Accounting or Finance.
  • Bachelors degree or Minor in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Working knowledge of personal computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing for the safety and security of guests, employees, and property and company assets.
  • Circulate through casino and outdoor areas looking for possible disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards and take appropriate action.
  • Respond to emergencies in accordance with all applicable laws and company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the security of all keys.
  • Complete requisite paperwork related to shift activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
  • Other physical requirements include but are not limited to: lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and episodes of moderate to strenuous physical exertion.
  • Prior experience in casino security (or similar field) preferred.
  • May be required to possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the Company and/or its insurers.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

  • Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage customer retention and loyalty.
  • Recruit new memberships for the Players’ Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests’ needs.
  • Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events.
  • Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.

Qualifications
