Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager

Truck Country is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to lead our AR operations and support our growing network of dealerships. As the AR Manager, you’ll oversee daily AR functions while partnering with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop AR team members to foster a positive, high-performing environment
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual aging reports to leadership
  • Manage collections processes, including collaboration with agencies and legal partners
  • Oversee customer credit approvals, limits, and credit reporting
  • Handle past-due accounts, customer communications, and discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain AR-related systems (SlimCD, Billtrust) across multiple divisions
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax exemption documentation
  • Support audits and respond to financial inquiries
  • Process payments, reconcile credit card and Pinnacle fees, and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years’ relevant oncology clinical experience preferred.
  • Must fulfill licensure requirements of the State of Wisconsin for a RN and be legally eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Chemotherapy Administration Course required.
  • Previous experience with chemotherapy administration required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act and RN Scope of Practice.
  •  Experience with process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Work Hours

We are seeking a PRN Chemo RN to fill in as needed weekdays between 7:30am-5:00pm.

Job Summary

The Chemo/Infusion nurse is responsible for administering nursing care to patients in a safe, efficient, compassionate, and courteous manner using proper nursing procedures. The infusion nurse performs chemotherapy and infusion administration, physician assistance, information gathering, sample collection, patient education, patient follow-up, supply maintenance, and consultation.

The nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit’s/area’s/department’s policies and procedures.
