What It Takes
We are seeking a visionary contact center leader with proven experience leading remote workforce operations at scale. In addition, we are looking for:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or communications or related field
• 5+ years of contact center leadership experience
• Experience leading a large temporary or part-time workforce
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives; including driving selection and rollout of large-scale contact center systems
• Preferred experience with off-shore vendor negotiations/oversight
• Preferred budgeting experience
• Possesses a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and forecasting/WFM programs
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality regarding employee and customer information

C.N.A Med/Surg- Day Shift

Requirements

  • Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials.
  • Must be current and in good standing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Familiarization with medical terminology and prior health care experience.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures/equipment and computer systems.

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time C.N.A. to work days from 5:00am-5:30pm. This position includes an every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Summary

The CNA provides clerical and patient care support services to Hospital clinical departments. The CNA resides on the Inpatient unit but performs work in other patient care areas as needed based on patient activity and staffing needs in order to assure the goal of providing high quality, safe care to all SH patients. Works under the direction of the House Supervisor.

Job Summary

The Clinic Director, under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for providing overall leadership and management for a defined group of departments and staff. This position is responsible for assuring excellent patient care, customer service and clinical outcomes. The Clinic Director works with staff to plan, develop and implement changes to existing operational and health care processes to meet current and future clinic service’s needs. Accountable for managing, coordinating and planning patient care and business services functions and activities, which include; assuring that a high quality of patient care and satisfaction standards are achieved, adherence of established medical practice standards and proficiency, voice operations, reception, registration, scheduling, frontline patient services and accounts receivable, and physician scheduling protocol management to include outreach site coordination. Responsibilities:

  • Stage precut material and screws for assembly
  • Set up the jig and position the precut material by hand for precise placement
  • Connect all joints by sinking screws with a handheld screw gun and/or screw gantry
  • May label, band, and stand finished trusses upright
  • May operate a band saw to cut material to specifications
  • May catch, stack, and label cut material

Knowledge and skills preferred for the position are:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

What Will You Do?

  • Mechanical: Utilizes a torch to braze and/or silver solder fittings, fabricates copper tube headers, stubs and components.
  • Electrical: Assist with the electrical layout per the design documentation and wiring schematics on refrigeration systems, wire pressure switches, solenoid valves, compressors, and other auxiliary devices.
  • Sheet Metal: Install prefabricated sheet metal on refrigeration systems by using a variety of hand tools (tape measure, drill, punch, saw, power shear, basic and tools, hole saws, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Assists Assistant General Manager & Director of Facilities & directs the overall daily operation and maintenance of the facilities.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for all event changeovers; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.
