Job Description

This position will enhance relationships with key corporate business and travel industry accounts.

  • Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests, while staying alert to their needs.
  • Coordinates customer specifications with other departments and responds to customer issues to ensure a quality experience.
  • Maintains and updates monthly and yearly goals.
  • Researches and prospects for new and repeat business.
  • Attends all Trade Shows, and Sales Meetings.
  • Attends industry related outside meetings and functions.
  • Must be able to aggressively solicit new business through outside sale calls.
  • Must be able to effectively set forth plans and actions and be held accountable and achieve set goals.
  • Maintain a close relationship with clients to insure their functions were satisfactory.  Follow up on all past meetings and functions to insure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Participates in the development of new projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiates contracts ensuring that all pertinent aspects of solicitation is complete and documented.
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience.

Deliveries may include boxes, cases or 80-gallon carts. Dock or hoist deliveries will depend on the route. All paperwork must be completed and returned at the end of the route.

  • Responsible for kitchen sanitation to include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, equipment sanitation.
  • Wash pots, pans, and miscellaneous food equipment.
  • Place dirty dishes into conveyor dish machine.
  • Put cleaned dishes and flatware away.
  • Wash floor mats weekly.
  • Wash movable carts.
  • Wash walls.
  • Scrub and degrease floors.
