The Medical Associates Physical Therapy team is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our hardworking and fast-paced department!
 
Position Details:
  • Administer treatment program per treatment plan; clarify treatment instructions to patients and their families; confer with responsible physical therapist regarding patients’ response to treatment plan; confer with other medical staff on pertinent issues related to patient care.
  • Utilize support personnel in direct patient care and related activities in order to maintain quality of services delivered at the highest productivity.
  • Maintain current and accurate patient documentation; review charts and reports regarding patient progress; discuss patient progress and plan of care with the responsible physical therapist.
  • Bill for patient related care according to established procedures. Comply with Clinic policy and procedures, care protocols and utilization.
  • Educate patients and families in proper care and use of various support and exercise programs.
  • Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
Schedule:  Monday-Thursday between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm, Friday hours are between 7:00am — 5:00pm. 40 hours per week

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience: From three months to one year of similar or related experience.
 
Education: Equivalent to a college degree and a professional certificate or a graduate degree. Must be a licensed PTA.

Extreme noise and vibrations may occasionally be experienced. Associates may be subjected to hazards such as burns, cuts, strains, electrical, explosive, and mechanical. Due to the nature of the work, associates may be exposed to atmospheric conditions such as dust fumes, odors, and poor ventilation.   • Sales forecasting:
  • Analyze sales data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.  
  • Promotional sales evaluation:
  • Analyze the outcome of previously advertised items to assess sales, margin and unit performance. Manage suggestions to the buyer for future promotions. 
  • Promotional planning:
  • Execute promotional purchases under the guidance of the Category Manager to drive sales and customer engagement. 
  • Reporting and analysis:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, profit margins, and inventory turn to identify areas for improvement. Monitor vendors lead times and fulfillment to ensure we remain in stock on all products. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Work with marketing, store planning, DC and operations teams to implement category strategies and improve in-stock at store level.

  • Responsible for all correspondence between stores and DC pertaining to the category.

The University of Dubuque is a growing faith-based University that is seeking a part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Smeltzer-Kelly Student Health Center with a tentative start date of August 2026.

Position Summary:

The part time licensed mental health counselor provides comprehensive, student-centered care through individual counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health assessment. This role supports student well-being and retention by delivering outreach programming, collaborating with campus partners, and coordinating referrals for longer-term care. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments and providing evidence-based, short-term therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges, as well as delivering timely crisis intervention and performing risk assessments. This counselor also maintains accurate, confidential electronic health records, and facilitates referrals to community providers for ongoing care. In addition, they design and lead campus-wide workshops, presentations, and educational initiatives, while partnering with faculty, staff, student services, and families to promote a supportive and healthy campus environment. This is a non-benefit position with flexible hours, up to 29 hours per week.

Quality Specialist (Manufacturing)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for assessing, auditing, and working with vendors on Root Cause/Corrective Action methods.
  • Perform Internal quality system audits for EIMCo and prepare management reports summarizing quality performance.
  • Perform verifications of actions taken in response to customer concerns or in response to internal requests for corrective action.
  • Lead auditor for EIMCo’s QMS. Responsible for conducting Quarterly ISO process audits.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with implementation, auditing, revising, and improving our Quality Management System.
  • Be the point of contact for Compliance requirements from customers and any 3rd party vendors. Compliance would include, but not be limited to, REACH, ROHS, and Conflict minerals.
  • Perform gage R&R analysis and capability studies as required.
  • Assist in the calibration of in-house inspection tools.
  • Assist in building work instructions for processes at EIMCo.
  • Assist in the training and professional development of our Quality Inspectors.
  • Fill in for the quality department inspectors when there are absences.
  • Communicate with quality control and shop personnel on any problems or concerns with parts, blueprints, and customer requirements.
  • Accept responsibility for the quality of products/services provided following the EIMCo Quality Manual.

Transportation Driver

 Primary Objective:  Provide safe and efficient transportation of commodities and farm supply products for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Major Accountabilities:
The following duties are typical for this job.  These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive.

  • Report to assigned workplace at time specified; report late arrivals or absentees to supervisor prior to start time
  • Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc. necessary to perform job requirements
  • Transportation of commodities and farm supply products
  • Submit required transportation paperwork timely and accurately
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment; document work performed
  • Assist with the distribution of farm supply products when assigned
  • Notification of shop tools, inventories of supplies, or replacement parts needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
