We’re seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist other department staff to provide exercise training, emotional support and education about lifestyle changes to patients to decrease the risk of events related to cardiac or pulmonary disease processes. Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program.

Experience:

  • Prefer one (1) year of hopsital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency, but not required.

Licensure:

  • Current Respiratory Therapy-Registered licensure with the Iowa Department of Public Health.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within 90 days of employment.

Clinical Imaging

• Accurately perform diagnostic exams of patient as requested by provider using proper MA, KV, Time and Distance parameters.

• Provide proper education of procedure to patients, their family, and others as needed

Summary: The packaging line worker position requires standing for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced packaging environment. Responsibilities include working on bulk, bag, and/or pillow pack packaging lines, guiding products through equipment, placing them into appropriate packaging materials, and palletizing finished goods. Technicians are cross-trained and rotated through various roles along the packaging line to support overall production efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring bulk packaging equipment to ensure proper filling and weights are being maintained for tote boxes and super sacks. 
  • Filling poly bags or paper bags to appropriate weights, ensuring a proper seal is achieved, and stacking onto a pallet
  • Working on pillow packaging line by transferring cereal bags from conveyor belt into the corresponding case used for packaging, making sure the proper number of bags are in the case
  • Make sure that no rejected or lightweight cereal bags are packed. Inspect that the correct code date is being used on the bag is correct and all bags have a good seal
  • Ensure that every cereal bag is properly patted down and properly placed in its case. Filling boxes into case erector when running low. 
  • Must be able to write the qty down on production paperwork and place the label on the finished pallet
  • Be able to add tape to tape machine
  • Bring in pallets and inspect them to ensure quality is what we want
  • Keep all work areas neat and organized and sweep areas to keep them clean
  • Performs other duties assigned by Operator or lead personnel

 Required Skills Include:
  • Ability to identify and correct code dates, identify bad boxes and properly seal cereal bags
  • Use a pallet jack to move heavy pallets throughout the area
  • Stand for the entire shift excluding breaks and lunch.

  • Safe Equipment & Vehicle Operation: Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, yard trucks, tractor-trailers, and straight trucks to move and deliver materials to designated locations. What You’ll Do
  • Safe Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, overhead cranes, and other types of industrial equipment to move materials within the warehouse or production area. Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials following all safety guidelines and protocols. Conduct pre-operational equipment checks to ensure proper functionality and report any issues promptly.  
  • Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products. Transport materials to designated storage areas or production lines as required. Verify the accuracy of shipments and receipts, reporting any discrepancies. 
  • Inventory ControlAssist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting material movements and updating the inventory management system. Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low stock or potential shortages. Organize materials to optimize storage space and facility easy access.  
  • Effective Communication: Interact professionally and effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership, providing clear updates on material movement and assisting with any issues or inquiries.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

BASIC FUNCTION

The Restaurant Manager oversees all front-of-house operations for our new restaurant on top of The Key Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and operational excellence. Reporting to the F&B Director, this role manages a team of supervisors, servers, host/hostesses, back waiters, bartenders, and food runners. Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, and development, scheduling, and performance evaluations. The Restaurant Manager ensures seamless daily operations, including maintaining a clean and organized venue, managing the Agilysys POS system, and collaborating with culinary leadership to meet and exceed guest expectations.

  • Assist with responsibilities of DVM Boards and KPI’s.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
