Earn up to $22.00 an hour + Shift Differential Bonus!

As a Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for performing one or more warehouse tasks; including, but not limited to, receiving, put away, picking, packing orders for delivery, loading and unloading trucks and trailers, staging, sorting, counting products, auditing, wrapping pallets, and/or inventory control.

Primary Duties:

  • Pick product in pick modules or floor pick.

  • Flex between stocking, picking, loading, and processing, as needed.

  • Load and unload trucks and trailers by hand or by use of a motorized pallet jack.

  • Receive in merchandise on the purchase order off the vendor packing list.

  • Prepare return tickets or warranty materials and record damage of faulty material.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift

Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed)

As an RDC Lead, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse; including, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, warehouse safety and housekeeping, and the direction of warehouse staff activities.

Primary Duties:

  • Assign work duties, as needed.

  • Develop and implement improved methods of materials handling, stock control, and packaging to promote efficiency, service, and reduced costs.

  • Ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment.

  • Provide for the security, scheduled maintenance, and calibration of warehouse and warehouse equipment.

  • Ensure local delivery orders are picked, staged, audited, and loaded onto delivery vehicles per delivery routes constructed in Innovo.

  • Identify deficiencies and/or areas of improvement and communicate to management team for resolution.

  • Ensure appropriate training is provided to and completed by warehouse team members.

  • Responsible for the overall supervision of the warehouse operations in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

  • Communicate with supervisor and manager as needed when operation is not in accordance with organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws for further investigation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

  • 3+ years of experience working in a warehouse, electrical product materials handling, and/or wholesale electrical parts distribution capacity.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.

  • Working knowledge of Innovo, preferred.

  • Demonstrated product and application knowledge.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

What Will You Do?

A Mechanical Technician is an individual with high mechanical aptitude, who are comfortable using hand/power tools and willing to learn and take directions.  Our products are built utilizing an assortment of documents to assemble and construct manufactured commercial and industrial refrigeration products in our production environment. This is a hands-on, in-person position at our Dyersville, IA location that requires engaged employees who are willing to learn and take direction. You will receive on the job training, guidance, and direction from qualified personnel to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with aspects of mechanical piping layout per design documentation on assigned projects.
  • Perform brazing and entry level MIG welding functions per Zero Zone standards with guidance.

Maintenance Supervisor | Full-Time | Five Flags Center

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for effective preventative and planned maintenance of site assets as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry & general maintenance at our venue.

About the Venue

The Five Flags Civic Center is located in downtown Dubuque. The arena has a capacity of 4,500 guests and has the ability to transform for an occasion from concerts and sports tournaments to banquets and general sessions. The theater is a National Historic Landmark that seats 711 guests and Bijou Room is a black box theater with a capacity of 135 guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assume management responsibility for all services and activities involved in the maintenance and operations of the venue including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers and associated equipment.
  • Performs maintenance and repair of facility equipment, auxiliary systems, minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and auxiliary systems; oils and lubricates fans, motors, pumps and generators, cleans screens, strainers, burners and automatic controls.
  • Accurately and timely performs tasks to ensure the highest level of efficiency in the operation returning equipment to operational status.
  • Troubleshoots and recommends operational methods and procedures.
  • Effective and timely communication with management and team members including arrival, location, departure; communicating work issues and building needs; escalating issues to management as require.
  • Participate in the development and administration of the Operation budget; forecast and additional funds needed for equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Perform maintenance on electrical systems (replace light bulbs and receptacles, etc.)
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures (i.e. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot necessary repairs throughout facility concession stands on equipment including but not limited to sinks, ice machines, general repairs, etc.
  • Able to operate a forklift.
  • Maintain knowledge of changes in pertinent Federal, State and Local regulations.

Maintenance Technician Internship

The Maintenance Technician Internship will begin in May and end in December 2025.

What You’ll Do & Learn:
The Maintenance Technician Intern will receive hands-on training in topics such as motors, electrical controls, pneumatics, food safety, OSHA safety requirements, and troubleshooting. In addition, you’ll be responsible for:
• Working with the maintenance team to gain a fundamental understanding of the following systems: electrical (not 460V), pneumatic, mechanical, motors, gear boxes, and drives
• Learning diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
• Understanding the Lock Out Tag Out process and control of hazardous energy
• Working with Maintenance Software to input time spent on repairs and to issue repair parts
• Supporting Global Food Safety initiatives

Wage: Up to $20/per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description: A local company in Dubuque is seeking a dependable material mover to support daily operations within its production department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth workflow by transporting raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials from trucks using various equipment as needed
  • Move materials to designated areas within the facility to support manufacturing and production
  • Maintain accurate records of material movements and assist with inventory tracking
  • Participate in inventory organization, cycle counts, and general warehouse maintenance
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
