Director of Pharmacy

The Director of Pharmacy Services serves as the accountable leader for both clinical pharmacy services and the in-house retail pharmacy. Supervises pharmacists and the Pharmacy Manager. Responsible for representing the pharmacy department in assigned organizational tasks and meetings and collaborating with other departments (HR, Informatics, Directors, etc.). Responsible for the administrative oversight of pharmacy services to assure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and funding policies and procedures. Serves as a subject matter expert for software programs used in the pharmacy, including reporting components.

You will have administrative duties that come with managing the pharmacy, including staffing, policy development, cost control and compliance. You’ll need to ensure the pharmacy provides great customer service and provide direct care for our patient population. You will also be the Pharmacist in Charge at the InFocus retail pharmacy on our campus.

Successful applicants will be

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy
  • Minimum of five years of clinical and/or outpatient pharmacy experience required.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Outpatient pharmacy 340B, FQHC and/or HRSA experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system and/or Pioneer preferred.
  • Iowa Pharmacist License and Immunization Certificate to legally practice as a pharmacist in the state of Iowa and serve as a clinical and dispensing pharmacist for CCHC is required.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role.

Typical Day in the Life

 

A typical day as a Tax Senior Associate in Dubuque, IA might include the following:

  • Prepare a high-level return for a multi-million-dollar business or high net worth individual.
  • Working with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed — including tax planning, client interaction and performing special tax projects.
  • Gathering relevant tax-related information from the client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
  • Looking at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
  • Developing solutions and communicating those solutions to the engagement team and client.
  • Preparing accounting-related reports through a paperless office environment.
  • Trains and mentors lower-level employees in the tax department.
  • Attends training seminars, professional development and networking events.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • You have active CPA license or working towards obtaining CPA license preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) certification also accepted.
  • You have 2-4 years of tax experience within public accounting.
  • You have a well-rounded knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
  • You actively stay up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry’s regulations and policies.
  • You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a team environment.
  • You are able to focus on complex tasks and will quickly understand the firm’s comprehensive compliance processes.

Semi route delivery driver- home every night

Applicant must be able to read and write English.  Applicant must possess a Class A CDL and clean driving record.  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.   Hours are defined and follow a consistent schedule that may include weekend and/or holidays.

The successful candidate will conduct a pre-trip inspection of truck/trailer combination.    Deliveries may include boxes, cases or 80 gallon carts.  Dock or hoist deliveries will depend on the route.   All paperwork must be completed and returned at the end of the route.

Plant Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment in conformance to specifications, safety, sanitation, and quality requirements.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Plant maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
