Paint Line Operator

Job Overview

• Operate and monitor the paint line to ensure consistent coating and proper coverage on parts
• Load and unload parts onto the paint line according to production schedules
• Inspect finished parts for quality, defects, and proper paint application
• Maintain proper paint levels and assist with mixing or preparing coatings as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of paint line equipment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous manufacturing or paint line experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
