Location: Dubuque, IA
Hours: Monday-Friday, choose from 8 AM-Noon, 9 AM-1 PM, 8 AM-1 PM, etc.
Salary: $17-$18 per hour

Job Duties:

• Painting and cleaning of apartment units
• Light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, taking out trash, patching holes, and minor drywall work
• Some plumbing repairs
• Apartment flips and other related tasks

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
