Part-Time Maintenance

A local apartment complex in Maquoketa, Iowa is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance worker to join their team. This role offers flexible hours!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic apartment maintenance such as painting, changing light bulbs, and turning apartments.
• Assist with preparing units for new tenants by handling general upkeep tasks.
• Be available for potential on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Prior maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7am-5pm.
• Up to 25 hours per week.
