Title: Part-Time Student-Labor Relations-Dubuque IA-Partial Remote - 85615
Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule year-round.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student-Labor Relations for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will:
- Support Labor Relations processes by using data to generate reports for project prioritization and completion
- Become fluent in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Participate and drive completion of staffing and workforce initiatives.
- Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support factory Labor Relations.
What Skills You Need

Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or Human Resources; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited university
- Graduation date of December 2022 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work during the academic year
- Available to work during the summer semester
- Interest in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Power BI, Power Apps

- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Interest or experience in a factory environment
