Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Parts Puller position in Dubuque, Iowa.

We’re assisting a family-owned Dubuque business in hiring a full-time Parts Puller. This outdoor role involves deconstructing vehicles and removing parts in a salvage yard environment.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Work outdoors year-round to dismantle vehicles
• Remove and organize usable parts for resale or recycling
• Safely use hand and power tools to remove vehicle components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of vehicle parts required
• Prior automotive or mechanical experience preferred
• Must have own toolset
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must pass drug screen and background check

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Frequently lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Physically demanding role requiring stamina and strength
