Express Employment in Platteville, WI has partnered with a local business in DODGEVILLE, WI to search for a candidate to support their company in a PARTS PERSON role. This is a FULL-TIME position.

Responsibilities:

-          Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet dealership demands.

-          Process incoming parts orders and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

-          Assist customers and service technicians in identifying required parts and accessories.

-          Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.

-          Collaborate with the service and sales departments to fulfill parts requests promptly.

-          Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

-          Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

-          Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and manufacturer promotions.

Qualifications:

Wage: $24-33.50/hour.  Will depend on experience. ($50,000-$70,000)
