Job Overview

Express Employment has partnered with a local company in Dubuque, IA, to search for a Parts, Warranty and Fleet Coordinator. This role involves managing parts inventory, handling warranty claims, and overseeing fleet management to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with Parts (30%):

• Order parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels.
• Collaborate with 10-15 technicians to order necessary parts.

Warranty Management (30%):

• File and follow up on service claims with parts suppliers if installed parts fail.
• Work with distributors to handle warranty claims efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service in managing warranties.

Fleet Management (40%):

• Shop for and purchase vehicles for the company.
• Handle all vehicle titling and registration.
• Schedule and manage maintenance for the entire fleet of vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a parts counter role.
• HVAC experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Technical and computer skills.
