Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm & Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, for 64 hours per pay period

Patient Access Associate – Be the First Smile They See!

As a Patient Access Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that sets the tone for every patient’s visit. You’ll guide patients through registration, scheduling, and insurance verification with empathy and efficiency—making sure they feel cared for before they even see a provider.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

• Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records

• Support scheduling and appointment coordination

• Partner with clinical teams to keep the patient experience seamless

Qualifications

Education:

• High School diploma/GED required.

Other:

• Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and communicate in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
