Essential Job Functions
- Act as liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies or care facilities
- Support patients in accessing the appropriate site of care, including enrollment with the required specialty pharmacy
- Provide product specific financial resources and support patients in completing enrollment requirements
- Coordinate scheduling of specialty medications
- Obtain and process patient order requests
- Support operations of MedOne Clinical Services and MedOne Pharmacy Services
Position Requirements
- Must be registered with the state/Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician/Trainee within 30 days of accepting employment
- Pharmacy Technician National Certification within the 1st year
- Must be detail-oriented and precise
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work independently, meets deadlines, establish priorities and be flexible
Work Hours
- This position can be based at corporate in Dubuque, IA.
- Full-time, hourly position, minimum of 40 hours per week
