A day in the life of our Payroll/HR Specialist includes processing bi-weekly payroll, for both US & Canadian employees, assisting the HR department administratively, ensuring compliance with payroll and HR policies as well as collaborating with multiple teams to implement continuous improvements to our processes.

Characteristics of what we’re looking for in a Payroll/HR Specialist…

  • Bachelor’s degree (May 2024 graduates are welcome to apply!)
  • Tech savvy and enjoys paperless processing
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to accuracy – our employees need to know their paycheck is timely and precise
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement
  • Experience with isolved HCM a plus, but not required
