Job Overview

Mi-T-M is looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our Human Resource team located in Peosta, Iowa.

As the People and Culture Manager, you will coordinate, administer and report on various human resource programs, system and procedures to aid in the attraction, retention and motivation of employees in accordance with policies, procedures and government laws and regulations while promoting a safe, fair, positive work environment. You are responsible for all recruiting, hiring and daily administration of various salary, benefit, government and employee relations programs. Part of your job is to recommend and implement procedural/process changes.  The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for the recruitment and onboarding process and ensures the company hires the right talent.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Identify and deliver HR solutions around talent, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Design and implement recruiting procedures.
  • Assist in creating and developing a new hire onboarding process.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility associates.
  • Analyze staffing trends and needs along with wage analysis to ensure the company competitiveness with in the market.

Your Credentials:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
  • A minimum of 5 years of Recruiting experience. Management experience is a plus.

Pay: $69,000 - $101,000.00 per year DOE
