A Typical Day in the Life:
As a People & Talent Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the People & Talent team.
Responsibilities may include:
- Maintain HRIS and related systems, handle data entry, scheduling, reporting, billing, and explore opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, manage recruiting event materials and logistics, and support cyclical recruiting programs
- Assist with training logistics, materials preparation, and tracking of professional licenses, certifications, and education requirements
- Support employee engagement initiatives, administer surveys, track data, and help coordinate annual events
- Provide backup coverage to ensure continuity across HR functions
Qualifications:
Candidates should be detail-oriented, systems-minded, proactive, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.
Successful candidates will have:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with UKG and LC Vista a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
