As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you provide physical therapy services to patients by assisting in assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and related documentation and communication. You will function under the supervision of the Physical Therapist. As well as adhere to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, facility policies and procedures and state regulations.
- Assists in establishing and modifying individual patient scheduled in conjunction with the Physical Therapist and other team members.
- Assists the Physical Therapist in identifying a problem list, long-term goals, short-term goals and a treatment plan.
- Monitors patient's response to intervention and consults with Physical Therapist if modification is indicated.
- Adheres to department and patient schedules and modifies as appropriate for a treatment regime.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- License to practice as a physical therapy assistant within the state.
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to complete required in-service training requirements.
- Must be able to move (walk, bend, stand, sit, push, pull, lift) intermittently throughout the workday.
