Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for pediatric patients.

Use creative, play-based therapy approaches that keep children engaged and motivated.

Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care.

Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

Educate caregivers on at-home exercises and progress strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience:
- Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred, but new grads with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
Certification/License:
- Current and active Iowa Physical Therapist licensure issued by the State of Iowa.
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
