Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for pediatric patients.

• Use creative, play-based therapy approaches that keep children engaged and motivated.

• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care.

• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

• Educate caregivers on at-home exercises and progress strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience:

• Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred, but new grads with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply.

Certification/License:

• Current and active Iowa Physical Therapist licensure issued by the State of Iowa.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
