Description:

Plans, administers, implements, and evaluates physical therapy for all appropriate programs and services within the PM & R department, for all patient age groups.  Possesses the skills necessary to provide direct patient care specific to each age group in accordance with department protocol.  The age of the patients served range in age from infants to geriatrics.

Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) by the State of Iowa to practice as a Physical Therapist. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
