Job Overview

• As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be performing manufacturing, rework, and inspection operations to produce an acceptable product, meeting company production standards and quality guidelines.
• Other duties may include monitoring molds, loading inserts, trimming flash and gates, and assembling, sorting, drilling, or gauging parts as needed.

• Assemble plastic parts using hand tools, power tools, or automated machines
• Inspect products for defects and accuracy
• Package finished products with proper labeling and organization
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting issues when needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when required
• Record production data accurately
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to keep workflow smooth
• Train on new techniques, materials, and safety practices

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (plastics a plus)
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with plastic injection molding or assembly
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
