Power Wash Technician

Job Overview

• Operate power washing equipment to clean building exteriors, driveways, decks, sidewalks, roofs, gutters, and other surfaces.
• Safely apply cleaning solutions and degreasers as required for different surface types.
• Set up and break down equipment and work areas each day.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, trucks, and machines.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Document completed work with before-and-after photos as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights (ladder work and roofs).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions and protocols.
• Previous experience in power washing or exterior cleaning (preferred but not required).
