Process Technician

Job Overview

• Help improve production processes and reduce downtime
• Inspect and monitor machines to keep them running efficiently
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Work with maintenance to fix equipment issues
• Train and support machine operators
• Help reduce waste and improve production efficiency
• Create and update machine procedures and documentation
• Support new product launches and equipment testing

• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of equipment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
• Willing to participate in improvement projects and hands-on work
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
