How can you make an impact?

The Product Development and Production Coordinator will support all administrative and operational functions across the team, including data management, contract/purchase requisition creation, and onboarding of external users to systems

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and train freelance Coordinators for a consistent and scalable administrative support system.
  • Request onboarding and manage the access of external users such as vendor and authors to internal McGraw Hill systems, including troubleshooting access issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on internal systems, staying well-informed of updates and changes and keeping the team informed.
  • Create purchase requisitions and contracts, manage required revisions, and approve invoices.
  • Ensure operational processes run smoothly, diagnosing problems when they occur and recommending solutions.
  • Perform office support duties: coordinate onsite meeting logistics, arrange meals, order supplies.

You should apply if you have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Product environment.
  • Demonstrated success in an administrative and/or operations role.
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple teams and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively.

The pay range for this position is between $40,000 - $50,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
