Product Management Intern

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer portals to ensure information is accurate between our system and theirs
• Enter customer’s orders and confirm pricing.
• Assist with providing customer pricing, lead time, and estimated ship dates.
• Assist in annual quote review and cleanup of old quotes.
• Assist in customer transition to new products.
• Assist with day-to-day employee interaction such as answering phone calls, emails, and questions.
• Assist Product Management Department with special projects as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as required and assigned by the Product Managers and/or Product Coordinators

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a related undergraduate program with at least 1 year of college completed.
