How can you make an impact?
As the Product Manager, you will partner with the Director of Custom Solutions in managing the development of customized K-12 Math, Science, and Social Studies products for various states and school districts.
This position can work remotely within the United States.
What You’ll do:
To be successful in this role the candidate must be organized, flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once. The candidate should be experienced in the K-12 education market as well as experience managing the creation of print and digital educational products. Previous experience in education, editorial, or curriculum development is a plus.
- Product Strategy: Contribute to the strategic product vision for specific state and district customizations.
- Define and prioritize product requirements
- Serve as central communicator and lead for individual projects
- Participate in go-to-market strategy
- Continuously monitor product performance, the competitive environment, and market changes
- Product Development: Leverage the cross-functional shared services teams effectively to keep your assigned projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
Maintain and establish partnerships with external Subject Matter Experts and suppliers that contribute to our product development.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by partnering other product leaders, sales, and marketing in the prioritization of projects.
- Budget Management: Manage individual product budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Operational excellence: Define and lead the teams in the creation of processes and strategies to maximize efficiencies in our build process.
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, educational technology, or K-12 curriculum.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing educational products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Project management experience is a plus

The pay range for this position is between $55,000-$85,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Click here to learn more about our benefit offerings.
