Product Owner/Supervisor 

What you will do and why it’s important

HealthCheck360 is growing and we are adding a Product Owner/Supervisor to our team! While you will start out hands-on developing and implementing one of our new products, you will transition to a leadership role as the business grows. Starting out, you will help create, market, support, and implement the new product.

In practice, the daily activities of the job will be to:

·        Sell, service, and grow the product

·        Employee communications: planning, emails, answering the phone

·        Finding vendors and partners

·        Partner with marketing, operations, sales, tech to grow/enhance the product

·        Travel: conferences, SHRM meetings, product demos, etc.

Strengths and skills necessary for success in the role

This is an entrepreneurial role where you will essentially run your own small business. Because this is a leadership position with a lot of growth potential, there are certain key characteristics we are looking for:

·        Self-starter

·        Experience building tools for market and solving market problems

·        Strong technical background and ability to converse with tech people

·        Entrepreneurial knowledge and skills
