Status: Part-Time (20-59 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled every other weekend 10:30am - 7:00pm. It will require every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.

As a Production Cook, you are part of the Dining Services team with responsibilities that include reviewing menus, following standardized recipes and required meal plans, baking, following safety and sanitation guidelines, washing and prepping food. Ensuring that food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc. Other duties as assigned to ensure adequate and operational efficiencies of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete required in-service training requirements
• Positive attitude
