Production Expeditor

Job Overview

Helps coordinate the flow of materials and finished goods into and out of the production process.  Duties include Receiving, Shipping, Lazering, Bagging, Finishing, Production, Staging as well as Ensuring Production Schedule, Deadlines and quotas are met.

Envision Expeditor Responsibilities

• Prioritize jobs list daily
• Arrange and prioritize jobs for screen printers according to need (due date) This includes carting jobs and pulling screens
• Burn and rinse screens in a timely manner to keep the work flowing in screen print
• Work with graphic design to make sure screens are ready to burn
• Oversee support help (catchers, folders and screen reclaim)
• Keep a steady flow of screens to keep and screens to send to reclaim
• Order supplies
• Assist fulfillment, shipping and receiving as needed (folding, packaging and shipping)
• Work with fulfillment to help complete scren print portion of jobs that need to ship
• Work with shipping and receiving on any backordered or late items
• Assist with load and unload of trucks
• Move Embroidery and HTV jobs from receiving to their line
• Inform Embroidery of any priority jobs
• Work with HTV to ensure odd pieces are completed either by screen print or HTV
• Stay in communication with sales for recurring jobs so screens can be saved
