Job Overview

Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a company in CUBA CITY, WI to support their facility in a PRODUCTION LEAD role. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
• Review production schedules and assign work for each employee, department, and work center as production orders require
• Monitor productivity and attendance of employees
• Perform daily rounds to every workstation to inspect and review production standards and employee engagement
• Explain specifications, and work instructions to employees to ensure all jobs are running to all specifications.
• Oversee all setups in production and ensure everything is set to approved standards
• Administer company policies to all employees and to take further actions as needed.
• Administer company safety guidelines to promote and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Analyze and resolve personnel problems and assist personnel in solving problems when necessary.
• Responsible for overall quality and to produce items that meet all customer specifications.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of related working experience
• The ability to calculate mathematical problems by using algebra and geometry

Wage: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 3rd shift
Position Type: Evaluation hire OR Direct hire, based on the candidate
