Express Employment Professionals has partnered with an area company to search for a Business Process Support (Production Lead) to join their team. This is a 3rd shift opportunity!
Essential Duties:
- Provides leadership support to manufacturing teams
- Supports team goals and action plans
- Ensures high quality and efficient production
- Trains and mentors team members
- Ensures that safety requirements are practiced
- Responsible for multiple work centers and leading the operations
- Periodic travel to all Centro facilities, customers, vendor sites, and conferences
- May include overnight stays
Wage: $20-$26/hour
