Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business in SHULLSBURG, WI to search for a candidate to support their business in a PRODUCTION LINE LEAD role. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• -          Supervise and lead the cheese production line team, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
• -          Monitor cheese production output for quality, ensuring adherence to cheese-making specifications and standards.
• -          Oversee the operation of cheese production machinery and equipment on the production line, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
•          Train new production line employees in cheese-making techniques and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and efficiency.
