Production Operator

Job Overview

• Operate production equipment and machinery including hand tools, both electrical and manual
• Perform assembly, material handling, and basic machine tasks as directed
• Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate counts and follow production documentation/instructions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and in accordance with safety practices
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process issues or opportunities
• Assist team members and flex work in different areas to support daily goals

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
